KAB Replacement Cushions: T4RH and T5LH

If your KAB seat frame and suspension are still in good condition but the cushions are worn, you can replace just the seat upper rather than the entire seat. KAB offers two replacement cushion uppers compatible with 400 and 500 series seats:

• KAB T4RH — Highback seat upper cushion replacement. Cloth (SKU: 415000) or Vinyl (SKU: 415005). $630.26.
• KAB T5LH — Midback seat upper cushion replacement. Cloth (SKU: 417000) or Vinyl (SKU: 417005). $565.26.

Replacing the cushion upper is significantly less expensive than replacing the full seat and is the right choice when the suspension mechanism is still functioning correctly.

Which KAB Seat Should You Order?

Use this decision tree to find the right model:

2. Does your machine have 24V power at the seat? If yes and you want air suspension, choose the 555FC. If no, choose a mechanical model.
3. Do you need a highback or midback? If cab height allows, the highback (524FC or 525FC) provides more back support. If clearance is limited, choose the midback (411FC or 555FC).
4. Do you want armrests and a headrest included? Choose the 525FC Deluxe. Otherwise, choose the 524FC and add accessories separately if needed.
